The measurement scale for selection of the ultimate winner will comprise a score out of 10 from online votes and a score out of 10 from an independent judge. Where there is a tie, the judges choice will prevail. Judges voting is specifically based on studio recording, including its originality, lyrical content and adaptation to current sound. Please note judge’s decision is final.
