If Malema was not openly criticizing the leadership of the ANC, do you think the 38 counts of Fraund, Corruption and Money Laundering involving Limpopo Government departments and sub-departments would have been brought up against him???????

I Totally disagree with both of you, Someone would have brought them up not the President but Someone in power like Mama Thuli Madonsela [Public Protector] Malema was long overdue for investigation that stunt he pulled banging down a 3million house for a parking lot and building 16 Million "Mall" House.The guy was skating on thin Ice.

The battle going forward for South Africa to improve our service delivery and curb corruption requires the public's clear headedness. If a case is a criminal case, there is not need to make it political (as the public) regardless of whether or not politicians are doing so. As the public - we should focus on whats right and wrong and choose people who represent those values we feel most comfortable with. And judging by the progress in South Africa today - it seems corruption is our favored value.

In all fairness, they will not have. Proof - look at all other corrupt people in government right now as I type here. HOWEVER, and this is a big however, I am extremely HAPPY that they brought the charges forward because I think EVERY criminal should pay for their actions!!!!
