When in varsity sticking to deadlines is vital no matter the circumstance. There might be some days that you feel as though there is not enough time in the day to do everything. With all that going on, you must not mistakenly miss any classes or deadlines.

There is a way of keeping to your schedule and that is to own a schedule diary. Take a look at your schedule daily, by making this a habit, you can tell if you are spending too much time on one thing, and ignoring another.

The things you write in your schedule diary should be precisely addressed, write down the exact time and venue for the lecture and make it a point that you know where that venue is situated and if needs be synchronize your watch with the varsities time. If you are worried, verify with the department the time and venue on your timetable booklet, just in case there are some changes.

When compiling your schedule start with the time right after you wake up then make sure that you know how long it takes to get to campus. Make time to look at your list at the end of the week. Then you can see if you have done all you needed to do, or if you wasted too much time doing them, or had no time to do more important things.

Remember to schedule some relaxation time where you do something you really enjoy that is not work related.
Prioritize or categorize what you need to accomplish and then try to change one thing at a time and not everything at once. As time goes on you will realize that as you keep making the smaller changes, it becomes easier to add more or fit what you really want to do in a day.
