O Blossom is going all out in October to raise money for local breast cancer charity, PinkDrive.Based in the Northern Suburbs, O Blossom, the flower and gifting company was established 3 years ago and was recently taken over by Suzie Bowling, ex General Manager of The Cape Town Flower Show and Marketing Manager of Fashion Week.

"Eight years ago my mother's twin sister lost her fight against breast cancer. I saw first hand what a terrible disease this can be and the devastation it caused our family when we lost her," said Suzie. Had the cancer been detected earlier, it we might have had a very different outcome. To honour my aunt I wanted to do something that to help others, and when I recently bought O Blossom I immediately saw the potential it allowed me to be able to raise money for a breast cancer charity, a cause that remains very close to my heart".

For every order placed during October, Suzie will donate R10 to PinkDrive Breast Cancer Charity. “PinkDrive provides free scanning and education to disadvantaged communities via local clinics, community health centres and specified hospitals with no oncology facilities, as well as providing affordable, convenient mammography services to women in the private and corporate sectors," says Noelene Kotschan, Director of PinkDrive.
